Directions by car
From the M56: exit at junction 9, then take the exit onto the M6 towards Birmingham.
At junction 16, take the A500 exit to Crewe/Nantwich/Newcastle-under-Lyme/Stoke-on-Trent (North). At Barthomley Interchange, take the fourth exit onto A500. At Meremoor Moss roundabout, take the second exit onto Basford - Hough - Shavington Bypass/A500. At roundabout two, take the first exit and stay on Basford - Hough - Shavington bypass/A500.
At roundabout three, take the second exit and stay on Basford - Hough - Shavington bypass/A500. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Newcastle Road/A51. Continue straight onto Newcastle Road/B5074. Continue to follow B5074. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Millstone Lane/B5074. Turn left onto Beam Street then turn left onto Cromwell Court, continue straight along this road then turn left and then left again and Church View Primary Care Centre will be on the right.
Spire Nantwich Health Centre is located on the first floor within Church View Primary Care Centre, in the heart of Nantwich, adjacent to the main town centre car park and a stone’s throw from the local bus station.

If you are an NHS patient and live in Nantwich or the surrounding areas we’ve made it easy for you to see one of our expert consultants. NHS appointments and treatment at this clinic are covered by the NHS, therefore you will not be charged.

When arriving for an appointment, all patients should report to the main reception within Watling Street Medical Centre and then take a seat in the Spire waiting room.
It is advisable to arrive a coupe of minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
